Sales pipeline tracker
Every deal worked. Nothing forgotten.
Pipeline HQ
What's included
7 screens. One file. Zero spreadsheets.
Open one HTML file and you have a full pipeline workspace. It runs on a locked-down work laptop — no install, no login, no admin rights.
- Dashboard — pipeline value, weighted forecast, win rate and what's closing this month.
- Today — the deals that need a touch right now, so you open the file and know what to do.
- Pipeline — every deal by stage, with age and next step in view.
- Deals — a searchable table of the full book, with custom fields.
- Follow-ups — every next step in one list, exportable to a calendar file.
- Insights — win rate, average deal age, sales cycle and a conversion funnel.
- Settings — custom fields, targets, and Export/Import for backing up your data.
- Runs offline — no internet connection needed once the file is on your machine.
The differentiator
Follow-ups that land in your calendar.
A spreadsheet never reminds you to call anyone. Pipeline HQ keeps every next step in one Follow-ups list — and lets you download those follow-ups as a calendar file (.ics) you can open in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
It's a one-way export — a file you download and import, not a live sync — so it works even on a machine that blocks everything else. The reminder shows up where you already look, and the deal you'd have forgotten gets worked.

A Today view that tells you where to start
Open the file and the Today screen surfaces the deals that have gone quiet or have a step due — so your first move is obvious, not a scroll through a wall of rows.
A forecast you can defend
The Dashboard weights your pipeline by stage and shows what's likely to close this month, revenue at risk, and your win rate — the numbers your manager asks for.
Insights on how you actually sell
Average deal size, average sales cycle, longest-untouched deals and a conversion funnel, all computed from the deals you log. No setup, no formulas.

Questions
Answered before you ask.
Do I need a subscription?
No. One-time purchase, yours forever. There's no recurring charge and nothing expires.
Will it work on my work laptop?
Yes — no install, no login, no admin rights. It opens like any local file.
Do I need Excel or a Google account?
No. It's a self-contained browser app. Nothing else is required.
Where's my data stored?
On your machine only. Nothing is uploaded. Your deals never leave the browser you open the file in.
What if I clear my browser or switch computers?
Data lives in that browser's local storage, so clearing it clears the data. Use the built-in Export in Settings to back up, and Import to restore or move to another machine.
Does the calendar export sync live?
No. It's a one-way calendar file (.ics) you download and import into Google, Apple or Outlook. It creates the events once; it does not keep a live connection to your calendar.
Does Pipeline HQ track my commissions?
No — Pipeline HQ manages your deals and forecast, not your pay. If you want to track commissions, calculate what you're owed and mark deals paid or unpaid, that's Commission HQ.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. It's responsive and opens in a mobile browser, though a pipeline is easiest to work on a larger screen.
