Solar sales tracker

Your pipeline and your comp, in one file.

Solar Sales HQ

Lifetime access No subscription Your data stays local

What's included

5 screens. One file. Zero spreadsheets.

A solar-specific sales workspace in a single HTML file. It opens on a locked-down work laptop — no install, no login, no admin rights.

  • Dashboard — open pipeline, kW sold this month, close rate and average signed deal.
  • Pipeline — a stage board for your deals, with archived deals kept out of the way.
  • Deals — the full list with the fields that matter for a solar sale.
  • Commissions — paid, pending, earned-but-unpaid and projected, against your comp plan.
  • Settings — set your commission plan and custom fields, and Export/Import your data.
  • Runs offline — no internet connection needed once the file is on your machine.

The differentiator

Commission that follows your comp plan.

Set your commission plan once and Solar Sales HQ splits your commissions into paid, pending, earned-but-unpaid and projected — so you always know what has landed and what's still coming. The Commissions screen even shows how each number is calculated.

It's built for how solar actually pays: your pipeline and your comp live in the same file, not in two spreadsheets that drift apart.

Track kW sold, not just dollars

The Dashboard reports kW sold for the month alongside close rate and average signed deal — the numbers a solar rep actually lives by.

A pipeline board with archiving

Work your deals by stage and archive the ones that are done, so the board stays about what's live and needs a push.

Pace to your target

See whether you're on pace for the period, so you can adjust before the month gets away from you.

Questions

Answered before you ask.

Do I need a subscription?

No. One-time purchase, yours forever. There's no recurring charge and nothing expires.

Will it work on my work laptop?

Yes — no install, no login, no admin rights. It opens like any local file.

Do I need Excel or a Google account?

No. It's a self-contained browser app. Nothing else is required.

Where's my data stored?

On your machine only. Nothing is uploaded. Your deals never leave the browser you open the file in.

What if I clear my browser or switch computers?

Data lives in that browser's local storage, so clearing it clears the data. Use the built-in Export in Settings to back up, and Import to restore or move to another machine.

Can I set my own commission plan?

Yes. You set your commission plan in Settings, and the Commissions screen applies it and shows how each figure is calculated.

Does it handle dealer fees or redline math specific to my company?

It tracks your commission against the plan you set. It isn't tied to any one solar company's back office, so unusual, company-specific fee structures may need you to enter the net figures yourself.

Can I archive old deals?

Yes. Deals can be archived so your live pipeline stays focused on what's still open.
