These terms cover your use of the Flowdesk website and the tools you buy or download from it. By purchasing or using a Flowdesk tool, you agree to them.

Your licence

When you buy a Flowdesk tool (or download the free one), you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that tool for your own work or your own single business. You may:

• Use the tool on the devices you personally use for your work;
• Keep your own backup copies of the file for your own use.

What you may not do

• No resale. You may not sell, sublicense, rent or otherwise commercialise the file or any modified version of it.
• No redistribution. You may not share, publish, post or distribute the file to other people, whether free or paid. That includes uploading it anywhere public and sharing it with colleagues who have not bought their own licence.
• No passing off. You may not remove or alter attribution and present the tool as your own product.

If your team wants to use a tool, please get in touch about a licence that fits the number of users.

Ownership

The tools, their design and their code remain the intellectual property of Flowdesk. Your licence does not transfer ownership; it grants you the right to use the tool under these terms.

Your data

The tools store your data in your own browser, on your own machine. You are responsible for keeping backups using the built-in Export feature. Because we never receive your data, we cannot recover it for you if it is lost — for example if you clear your browser without a backup. See our Privacy policy for detail.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The tools are provided "as is". They are aids for tracking and organising your own numbers, not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and they are not a system of record for your employer or carrier. You are responsible for verifying any figure you rely on. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowdesk is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, a tool.

Payments and refunds

Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Refunds are governed by our Refund policy.

Changes

We may update these terms as the products and website evolve. The "last updated" date reflects the current version.
