Privacy policy

Last updated: 19 August 2026

This policy explains what happens to data on the Flowdesk website — the pages you're reading now. It draws a hard line between the website and the tools, because they are very different.

The tools collect nothing. Every Flowdesk product is a single HTML file that runs entirely on your own machine. It has no account, no login and no server. Everything you enter — deals, income, commissions, your book of business — is saved only in your browser's local storage, on your device. Nothing you type into a Flowdesk tool is ever uploaded to us or to anyone else. There are no analytics or tracking pixels inside the product files.

What the website collects

The website (this domain, flowdesktools.net) uses a small number of third-party services. Depending on your settings and consent, these may collect data:

Advertising pixels — Meta and TikTok

We may run a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel and a TikTok pixel on the website so we can measure our ads and reach people likely to find the tools useful. When active, these pixels can collect standard web analytics data such as your IP address, device and browser information, the pages you view on this site, and actions like viewing a product or starting checkout. That data is shared with Meta and TikTok and used for advertising measurement and targeting under their own privacy policies. These pixels run only on the website; they are never added to the product files.

Payments — Lemon Squeezy

When you buy or download a tool, checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy processes your payment details and billing information. Flowdesk never sees or stores your full card number. See Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy for how they handle payment data.

Email — Kit

If you get the free tool or otherwise give us your email address, that address is stored in Kit (formerly ConvertKit), our email provider, so we can deliver your download and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Fonts — Google Fonts

The website loads the Geist typeface from Google Fonts. Your browser requests these font files from Google, which may log the request, including your IP address.

Cookies and similar technologies

The advertising pixels above may set cookies or use similar identifiers. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can limit ad tracking through your Meta, TikTok and device privacy controls.
